I obtained my Real Estate License in 1997, and I am a member of the Northeast Association of Realtors, the Granite State South Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Since I began my career in real estate, I have earned a number of credentials that enhance my ability to provide valuable real estate services to my clients and to referring realtors with whom I work. These credentials include Prudential's E-Certification as an Internet Professional and Prudential's Certifications as a Marketing Assistance Specialist and Destination Services Specialist.
In the Fall of 2004, I obtained my certification as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) from the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Only 35,000 realtors nationwide have earned the credential and I consider it a great honor.
I specialize in listings and sales services for Londonderry, Chester, Derry, Bedford, Hampstead, Manchester, Hooksett, Pelham, Salem, Windham, and other towns and neighborhoods in southern New Hampshire.

I strongly believe in the benefits both to me and to my clients of my continuing education, and I have taken courses in consultative selling, training as a new construction specialist, mortgage financing, residential home market analysis, and web design.
